The Bristol SCORE organization operates through the Bristol Chamber of Commerce and can be contacted at (423) 989-4866. SCORE offers nearly 2000 pages of in depth small business "How To" information, videos, free business workbooks, computer software, business case studies along with it's counseling sessions www.score.org.
SCORE Board and Counselors meet on the third Tuesday of each month and can be contacted for counseling session every Thursday at the Chamber offices. SCORE "Counselors to America's Small Business" is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and the formation, growth and success of small business nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA)
SCORE also assists non-profit organizations develop strategic, recruiting, fundraising and other critical plans and to serve on advisory councils to offer guidance and assistance on day to day operations.

SCORE Volunteers & Educational Affiliates
SCORE volunteers consist of working and retired business owners, executives and professionals donating their time and expertise, in any number of disciplines (Accounting, Banking, Law, Marketing Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales) as business counselors and mentors.
Locally, our SCORE chapter is affiliated with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and work in conjunction with the Bristol Chamber of Commerce, East Tennessee State University (ETSU), Virginia Highlands Community College (VHCC), Virginia Department of Business Assistance (VDBA), Virginia Highlands Small Business Incubator, and various economic and Small Business development organizations servicing Sullivan County, TN and 11 Counties in Southwest Virginia.
